Provide subject matter expert (SME), research, and analytical support and prepareappropriate presentations in support of Portfolio Management (PfM) for the client'sorganization.• Facilitate planning sessions in the overall Portfolio Program Planning and PortfolioManagement planning to include gathering data and performing data reviews, costanalyses, and validation, drafting response to internal and external Data Calls,audits, and internal/external auditor requests.• Required Qualifications for Key Personnel • 15+ years of subject matter expert experience establishing goals and plans thatmeet project objectives in portfolio management, investment management, capitalplanning, change management, program management, organizationaldevelopment, strategic planning, enterprise architecture, business analysis,performance management and earned value management; domain and experttechnical knowledge, decision-making and domain knowledge may have a criticalimpact on overall project implementation.
