Expressive Arts Therapist - FT University Health Services IncExpressive Arts Therapist - FTPHILADELPHIA, PAUnder the direction of the Director of Recreational Therapy, creates a therapeutic milieu on the inpatient service; plans and coordinates the implementation of specific treatment programs for individual patients and patient groups; assures the application of age-appropriate expressive therapies modalities to group or individual treatment; identifies and utilizes specific theoretical framework to guide and integrate care within the milieu; organizes and coordinates or directs unit-based psychotherapeutic services delivered in a group (milieu) context; contributes to the development and implementation of treatment plans & goals as determined by the unit team; functions as a member of the Clinical Services team. Participates in the support of patient care through indirect care functions including clerical duties; participates in Performance Improvement and in-service education; oversees the coordination and conduct of clinical affiliations for expressive therapies students; supports development, customer service and community relations activities.
