You will lead clinical laboratory operations, support the Laboratory and Pathology services, monitor quality and performance, and collaborate with laboratory leadership, pathologists, technologists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, accurate, timely, and high-quality laboratory services. Provide accessible technical consultation to testing personnel whenever testing is performed, including on-site, telephone, or electronic support, to resolve technical problems in accordance with policies and procedures established by the Laboratory Director.
