The Visual & Media Arts teacher actively engages students in artistic inquiry through the visual arts framework for students to develop a high level of proficiency using techniques in a variety of media such as drawing, painting, sculpture, collage, and/or digital media. Family Life Academy Charter Schools, together with the Latino Pastoral Action Center and parents, create the conditions for self-empowerment for all its K-12 students to excel academically, take responsibility for their own learning, and affirm human values, today, in college, and beyond.
