The ideal candidate is equally comfortable on the production floor and in the leadership team meeting, with a track record of building high-performing teams, developing supervisors and managers, and creating a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. This role requires a proven leader with experience in high-volume manufacturing environments, preferably within magnesium die casting, aluminum die casting, metal casting, foundry operations, or complex metals manufacturing.
