Teaching or possessing a professional background in one or more of the following areas: emerging technologies, graphic design, photography, digital fabrication, VR/AR, digital media, time-based media, illustration, or related fields; Teaching and working with current design industry software and technology; Implementing active learning strategies that support student success regardless of their prior experience in art and design, or within higher education; Active research and/or strong portfolio showcasing a range of professional experiences. The ideal candidate is an individual who values interdisciplinary art programs, embodies excellent interpersonal skills, thoughtfully communicates with students, faculty, and staff; and works well with students from a wide range of backgrounds.
