Culinary Arts Teacher - CSHS - 2026-2027 SY (.4 FTE) Cave Creek Unified School DistrictCulinary Arts Teacher - CSHS - 2026-2027 SY (.4 FTE)Scottsdale, AZMAJOR TASKS: The job of Teacher - Career & Technical Education is done for the purposes of providing support to the instructional process by serving as a career and/or technical skills teacher with specific responsibility for instruction that prepares students to enter the workforce and/or purse continuing education; providing opportunities for authentic outcomes; supervising students within the classroom and other assigned areas; developing lesson plans and delivering group and individual student instruction within established curriculum guidelines; collaborating with other teachers, other professional staff, and administrators in addressing instructional and/or classroom issues; and responding to a wide range of inquiries from students' parents or guardians regarding instructional program and student progress. This includes showing students how to strictly follow safety and sanitation procedures and apply business and management concepts in order to achieve professional success in the competitive food service and hospitality industries.
