Key responsibilities include: Coordinate general property maintenance, including repairs, inspections, and corrective actions, with customers, vendors, and Real Estate and Customer Experience Managers. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, travel between properties, and perform physical requirements including walking, driving, twisting, bending, frequently lifting up to 50 lbs., and climbing fixed and extension ladders.
