Billing responsibilities include but are not limited to advance and final invoicing, reconciling production job wraps, processing expenses through concur expense management system, credit card coding, submitting and processing vendor invoices, handling new vendor setups, tracking incoming and outgoing payments, organizing and communicating regular accounting overviews for artists, and working closely with the accounting team.
