You will provide case management services and support the Independent Living Program clients, and work in a trauma-informed, therapeutic environment to promote physical, mental, and behavioral health to clients according to the support plan developed. • Assists clients with obtaining and maintaining employment, education, household management, financial literacy, healthy social skills, accessing community resources, and other necessary life skills.
