Identification of complex problems with mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic issues on all associated equipment (conveyors, compressors, chillers, programmable controllers, robots); review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. You work closely with Operations and the site's many teams to increase mechanical uptime which is an integral part of the building process to produce high-quality breads, buns, and rolls for customers all throughout Oregon, Washington, and Alaska.
