Key Responsibilities: Prepares work schedules for production employees in assigned department(s)Provides daily work assignmentsMonitors and insures productivity records are posted; counsels, coaches, and provides corrective action for employees as necessaryMonitors and reports/records daily fill ratesEnsures a safe work environment for employeesInforms Operations Manager or Production Manager of any problematic situations related to laundry operationsProvides direct supervision to Laundry departments and plant employees as assigned.
