Directs the operation, maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of the campus's mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and utility infrastructure, including the central chilled water plant; HVAC and building automation/control systems; domestic and reclaimed water distribution systems; sewer, storm drain, natural gas, laboratory air, and distilled water systems; electrical substations, distribution networks, transformers, switchgear, motor control centers, lighting systems, and associated equipment.
