The St. Louis Fed’s core functions include the following: promoting stable prices and economic growth, fostering a sound financial system, providing payment services to financial institutions, supporting the U.S. Treasury's financial operations, and advancing economic education, community development and fair access to credit. Together with the Bank’s Legal & Ethics and Corporate Secretary team, the Senior Attorney will deliver expert legal guidance on general corporate matters and areas unique to Reserve Bank operations, including banking supervision, ethics, fiscal agency services, public information and record requests, and law enforcement.
