Responsibilities may include but not limited to interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Equivalent to a four year college degree, plus 6 years related experience and/or training, and 3 years related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
