This position requires hands-on leadership within an active rail car environment, overseeing the daily activities of both technical and clerical personnel, managing vendor warranty performance, and maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work site. The Supervisor, Warranty must be able to develop and implement strategies that align with, effectively manage personnel, and ensure all warranty work is completed accurately, efficiently, and within budget.
