Job description: The Mechanical Assembler will take an active role in the mechanical coupling and assembly operations in the production processes. Operates machine to connect metal couplings to pipes: Sets tightening mechanism on machine to correspond to specified numbers of turns. Put coupling into machine. Starts machine that connects and tightens coupling to pipe. Stops machine and ejects pipe. May also tighten couplings manually when machine malfunctions. All work will be performed in compliance with company procedures, safety standards, established operational guidelines, and quality requirements. This is an on-site daily position based in Waller, Texas. The work schedule is 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Monday – Friday.
