The Director partners with Operations, Accounting, and IT leadership to streamline workflows, strengthen integrations, and deliver scalable solutions that improve teammate and resident experiences across a large national portfolio spanning all four operating business lines: multifamily, affordable, student, and military portfolios. Manage vendor performance across platforms, including product evaluation, service level monitoring, issue escalation, and renewal analysis, and support negotiations; manage consultants and implementation partners against defined statements of work.
