This role involves developing and implementing strategies to achieve key objectives related to manufacturing efficiency, lean initiatives, factory layout optimization, employee safety management, quality improvement, financial performance, and overall operational productivity. Lead and oversee the Supervisors/Team Leads across test, assembly, fabrication, and machining operations, while also supervising, coaching, and participating in the training of production Team Leads to optimize overall operational productivity and teamwork.
