Summary: Provides support and assistance to the technologist in caring for patients and family members during the imaging process, completing clerical/computer duties, lifting/transporting of patients, and following hospital and departmental policies, protocols, and SOPs (including Radiation and MRI safety). Monitor patients in exam rooms or holding areas, reporting changes to technologists, nurses, or physicians.
