The role establishes performance expectations, aligns work with team capability and capacity, ensures effective engineering and delivery controls, and leads the responsible adoption of approved AI-assisted and Agentic Development Lifecycle (ADLC) practices to improve software quality, maintainability, developer productivity, and delivery outcomes. Strong working knowledge of enterprise architecture, secure and cloud-native development, APIs and enterprise integrations, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and production support; experience with AWS, C#/.NET, Salesforce, and RFID solutions, including real-time RFID data processing, is required.
