You will be mainly accountable for: Assemble industrial electric motors and components (stators, rotors, bearings, housings, wiring) while completing electrical connections, routing leads, and interpreting schematics to ensure proper insulation, grounding, and functionality. Physical & Work Environment Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., perform repetitive movements (standing, bending, reaching), wear required PPE, operate machinery for extended periods, and work in a manufacturing environment with noise, temperature changes, and moving equipment.
