Key Responsibilities : Project Oversight : Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the construction site, with a focus on site development activities such as utilities installation, grading, and groundwork up to the building envelope, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, timelines, and budgets. Site Development Management : Oversee and coordinate all aspects of site development, including earthwork, stormwater management, utility installation (water, sewer, electrical, gas), and site grading, ensuring compliance with engineering plans and local regulations.
