Serve as the primary liaison between Inventory Management, Billing, Finance, Financial Systems, Practice Management, and regional stakeholders, driving alignment, governance, communication, and execution of firmwide inventory management initiatives. Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, service delivery, and operational effectiveness, while governing departmental procedures, promoting adoption of new processes and technologies, and driving sustainable organizational change.
