The Construction Manager serves as the primary operational leader for field construction activities, partnering closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Safety, Quality, Equipment, and Executive Leadership to drive operational excellence, maximize productivity, develop field leaders, and ensure consistent execution across multiple concurrent projects throughout the country. This position provides leadership to multiple Construction Superintendents and their field crews, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with engineering specifications, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.
