The U.S. Army CPE ST3 sustains a portfolio of more than 370 simulation, training, testing, and threat products fielded at over 400 locations worldwide, supporting U.S. and Allied warfighters’ combat readiness, interoperability, and multi-domain operational effectiveness — with growth into areas such as artificial intelligence, cyber and information warfare, robotics and autonomous systems, directed energy, and hypersonics. You will build the role-based, multi-tier dashboards that give executive (CPE), program (PM/PL, PdM/PdL), and project-level leaders instant visibility into sprint velocity, cycle time, capacity utilization, and flow — eliminating manual data calls — and you will analyze the Government-provided baseline data to recommend concrete, data-driven improvements to how APS work is managed.
