Vet and select subcontractors, in partnership with the Project Management team, primarily in the civil, mechanical and electrical trades, through a competitive bidding process that evaluates technical qualifications, scope completeness, safety performance, schedule capability, commercial terms, and overall value. Purpose of Position Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer and in full compliance with the associate handbook and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, the Director of Procurement & Technical Sourcing will lead the procurement of equipment, materials, subcontracted services, and other critical goods and services required for Harvest Solar's construction and operating activities.
