This role leads and supervises the maintenance and janitorial teams, coordinates and oversees third-party contractors (including pest control, general contractors, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other facility-related vendors), and manages facility maintenance contracts and approved capital or repair projects. Maintain working knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and other essential infrastructure, to support effective troubleshooting, maintenance planning, and timely repairs.
