As a Talent Assessor you will evaluate and assess the candidate pool for a designated functional area of the client’s organization with the aim of achieving high quality and timely filling of roles. Using the client’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) you will work closely with the on-site Recruitment Relationship Manager to manage those roles with high volume response. Your duties may include, but are not limited to: + Review applicants that apply to the client’s ATS for specified positions and use basic Boolean search logic to identify those that meet the qualifications of the role. + Create a short list of candidates and present to the Recruitment Relationship Manager. + Follow defined phone screen templates for designated roles and qualify candidates for fit against the defined competencies and criteria for the role. + Develop an effective compelling story to sell the job and client company to prospective candidates. + Assist with the interview scheduling process where necessary including gathering the candidate’s availability and confirming the interview date, time and location. + Update the candidate’s details and status in the client’s ATS in a timely and accurate manner following the defined process steps. Qualifications + Strong knowledge of technology (Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). + Experience working in a team environment that emphasized group contributions. + Must be comfortable on the phones performing 10-15 interviews a day.  + The ability to work under pressure and meet daily objectives. + Ability to write client-oriented communications e.g. emails, candidate summaries. + Previous experience in the staffing industry or Corporate HR Recruitment preferred. + Tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline highly desirable. Bachelor’s degree preferred. In this role you will be responsible for delivering high-quality in-home energy audits and ensuring quality control for a residential natural gas energy efficiency program. You are a customer-focused technician educated in BPI standards and related certifications who will be conducting comprehensive in-home energy audits and collaborating with community-based organizations and contractor networks. Your oversight will extend to residential weatherization, HVAC, and water heating installation inspections, as you review QA/QC findings to ensure program integrity. Working with partners to identify and implement effective solutions based on audit findings and client feedback will be key to your success. With every step, we're leading the charge to power change.Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform on-site residential energy audits, including HVAC systems, insulation, lighting, appliances, and building envelope in accordance with program requirements.</li><li>Use diagnostic tools such as blower doors, duct blasters, watt meters, thermal guns, etc. to assess air leakage and energy performance.</li><li>Collect and analyze utility data, homeowner usage patterns, and building specifications.</li><li>Utilize provided software tools to input all above data and prioritize recommendations for energy-saving improvements.</li><li>Educate homeowners and residents about energy-saving opportunities, rebates, and best practices.</li><li>Perform post-installation inspections to verify completion and effectiveness of energy upgrades.</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable standards and program requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with contractors, community-based organizations, utility representatives, and program managers as needed.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and submit documentation in a timely manner.
