The essential functions of this role include extended periods of focused desk and computer work, close review of detailed documents, communicating clearly in meetings, hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings, occasional travel, and occasionally handling files or materials weighing up to roughly 20 to 25 pounds. You will work remotely while supporting a nationally recognized trucking litigation practice, develop deep expertise in trucking safety, regulations, and litigation, and have a direct impact on case strategy, trial preparation, and the Firm's pursuit of trucking safety reforms.
