This role blends three disciplines: setting direction and priorities like a product owner, staying technically fluent enough to work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering on architecture and integrations, and acting as a consultant who advises business, clinical, security, and finance stakeholders on the right AI solutions for their needs. Defining Tools to Platforms: Define how tools, agents, connectors, and enterprise data sources are surfaced through AI assistant platforms, directing engineering to publish agents to the appropriate stores and delivery surfaces (Copilot app, Teams, and elsewhere).
