Draft, review, negotiate, and administer a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer and vendor agreements, master services agreements, SaaS and software licensing agreements, technology agreements, supply and distribution contracts, procurement contracts, non-disclosure agreements, professional services agreements, and marketing and partnership agreements. This role is primarily responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a broad range of commercial agreements while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to facilitate business growth and manage legal risk.
