Display solid knowledge in the following categories: air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, patching walls, painting, wall vinyl replacement, pneumatic/electronic systems and controls, carpentry and finish skills, kitchen equipment, vehicles, energy conservation, and/or general building management. Reporting directly to the Director of Engineering this position leads the engineering team to deliver efficient operations, preventative maintenance, and rapid response to guest and operational needs, ensuring an exceptional guest experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
