3-5 years of full-time, professional Capitol Hill experience required (internship experience excluded), including experience for a Member of Congress serving on the House Committee on Financial Services or Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs, or as professional staff on one of those Committees, directly supporting policy issues within their jurisdiction.
