As Corporate Compliance and Ethics Manager, you will lead and manage key components of Forged Fiber’s compliance and ethics program, including but not limited to: · Compliance Program Development and Management: Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the company’s compliance program, including policy development and maintenance, compliance monitoring, audit coordination, and periodic reporting to senior leadership, the board of directors, and other stakeholders as appropriate. · General Compliance and Legal Support: As part of a small, collaborative legal team, this role may provide broad-based support on related legal and operational matters, including assisting with document review and due diligence, compliance-related contract provisions, and coordination with outside counsel.
