This role partners with Market Performance leaders, Provider Relations, Analytics, and functional subject matter experts to coordinate performance improvement programs, perform market research, develop reporting and insights, monitor key performance indicators, and drive execution and project coordination of strategic initiatives, The Senior Program Manager plays a critical role in translating performance strategies into operational plans, ensuring consistent implementation across markets, tracking outcomes, and helping to identify opportunities for improvement in quality, growth, member experience, provider performance, access to care, and affordability.
