The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing wine with a member, developing a seasonal cocktail menu, coaching a bartender through service, analyzing beverage costs, conducting an inventory, or stepping behind the bar when the operation needs leadership. The Beverage Manager will oversee the day-to-day beverage operation throughout the Club, including the Rookery Bar, Magnolia Room, and River Club, while supporting banquets, member events, special programs, and other Club beverage outlets as needed.
