Through continuous outreach and relationship building, the coordinator works to inform and educate Baptist Health, Baptist Primary Care, CareSpot and management and clinicians about resources, services, providers and facilities. Additionally, the coordinator provides assistance to consumers with unique health care interests and needs, supporting the New Mover's Program, Corporate Health (PATH) and the Women's Health Strategy, 4HER program.
