Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED equivalent • Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs • Proven leadership experience, ideally in food service or retail environments is a plus • Strong background in store operations, including staffing, training, performance management, sales building, scheduling, and expense control • Ability to implement change and drive results through effective execution • Excellent communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills.
