Working closely with Regional Managers, Sales Managers, Fleet Management, and branch leadership teams, the Heavy Rents Manager develops and executes strategies that drive sustainable growth, maximize fleet performance, and deliver consistent customer experience. The position serves as the primary leader of the Heavy Rents business by driving accountability, developing talent, promoting a strong safety culture, and positioning the organization to achieve short-term objectives and long-term growth goals.
