Supervisory Responsibilities: Depending on location, may oversee some or all of the following: Journeyman, Class A, B, C Technicians and Welders, Shop Leads, Assistant Shop Manager, Service Clerks, Utility Workers, Inspector, Service Writers, and Senior Apprentices. The Shop Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient, and profitable operation of the shop and is responsible for conducting business in a manner that compliments Wagner's Core Values, Statement of Purpose, and safety policies.
