The goal is to become someone who understands priorities, anticipates needs, removes administrative and logistical distractions, and creates additional capacity for the President and CEO to focus on leadership, people, growth, acquisitions, and the strategic direction of the organization. The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative, organizational, recruiting, and logistical support to the President and CEO across Rehab Industries, its operating companies, Forza Commercial Real Estate, and other executive responsibilities.
