Provides professional, administrative, technical, and supervisory work in planning, managing, developing and coordinating the Town’s horizontal (water, sewer, roads) and marine infrastructure; prepares and administers budgets; analyzes, recommends, plans for and implements improvements; assists the Town Engineer in directing and managing the operations of the Engineering Section; all other related work as assigned. Bachelors Degree in civil or ocean engineering, and possesses more than seven (7) years of progressively responsible relevant experience in the planning, design, and construction for a broad spectrum of large complex construction projects in Massachusetts; three years of supervisory experience; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
