In addition to program duties, this position is a vital member of a Campus Recreation team of professional staff and will assist in developing and facilitating the growth of recreational programs for the university community, promoting departmental programs, assisting with departmental special events and serving on university committees. This position hires, trains, schedules, supervises, and evaluates all aquatic staff and develops, implements, and promotes aquatic programs to include Learn to Swim Lessons, American Red Cross certification courses and Scuba Diving certification course.
