The successful candidate will provide comprehensive evidence-based patient care for acute patients within an inpatient setting, conduct thorough daily rounds, perform advanced medical history and physical assessments, formulate and implement patient-centered treatment plans, interpret diagnostic test results, and facilitate safe and effective discharge planning.
