This role acts as a bridge between frontline users, clinical operations, and IT teams-working to ensure technology supports workflows across the continuum of care - from inpatient, virtual care, ambulatory and post-acute settings. Leads daily activities related to the adoption, training, and optimization of clinical information systems, with a focus on enhancing clinician experience, clinician efficiency and well-being, documentation quality, and patient safety.
