Communicate linkage status, risks, and results to Project Manager.\n Lead and oversee deterministic, probabilistic, and PPRL based linkages across:\n \no CMS administrative claims\n \no Other federal datasets\n \no National Institute of Health (NIH) funded study data\n \no Private and non-clinical datasets (e.g., demographic, environmental data)\n\n Define and govern linkage methodologies, validation protocols, and quality metrics (e.g., precision, recall, reproducibility, error rates).\n Ensure compliance with:\n \no CMS Data Use Agreements (DUAs)\n \no NIH data security and privacy policies\n \no FISMA Moderate and NIST 800 53 requirements\n\n Oversee production of linkage deliverables, including:\n \no Study Linkage Reports\n \no Linkage Production Reports\n \no Monthly Data Linkage Reports\n \no Personally identifiable information (PII)/PPRL methodology white papers\n\n Direct the use of automation and AI enabled methods to improve scalability, validation, and linkage accuracy.\n
