Conduct regular QA reviews, visually inspect models, review clash and coordination efforts, advise on BIM solutions, provide model health scoring, and audits deliverables; triage issues, document deficiencies and non-compliance clearly, and escalate persistent or systemic issues to the Senior BIM Manager Lead. **Qualifications** **Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree + 6 years of relevant experience or an Associate's Degree + 8 years of relevant experience or HS Diploma + 10 years of relevant experience in BIM/digital delivery, including 2 years of experience directly leading or coordinating multidisciplinary BIM work, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
