Training in utilization management, care transitions across the continuum of health systems Knowledge of residential care management, hospital systems, managed care, health home, crisis, and diversion strategies Ability to learn Fully Integrated Managed Care and Washington State Medicaid Transformation initiatives Proven success in written communications; grant writing skills desirable, but not required. Develops, implements, reviews, and maintains a site safety and emergency operation plan in conjunction with community governmental and service organizations to provide behavioral (and primary care, if relevant) health services to the community in the event of a catastrophic event Financial Responsibilities Responsible for managing site census daily to ensure financial stability of operation.
