Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to resident call lights and assess needs • Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily activities including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility • Reposition and turn bedridden residents to prevent bedsores • Monitor and support residents' dietary needs, including restrictions and preferences • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and families • Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment • Perform additional duties as required or directed. In this vital support role, you will assist residents with their daily care needs under the supervision of a nurse, helping to ensure their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
